The job
Channel motion fails when partners can’t get answers fast. This admin staffs the partner portal and partner@ inbox: product how-tos, published pricing bands, deal reg completeness checks, MDF request packaging, and certification progress nudges. Strategic partner managers keep the relationship; the agent keeps the long tail from clogging their calendar.

- 01 Triages partner portal tickets and email
