Event Logistics Admin
Rooms, caterers, run-of-show, and RSVPs — coordinated in one place.
The job
Events fail on logistics, not vision. This admin tracks RSVPs, dietary needs, room setups, AV checklists, caterer confirmations, run-of-show documents, and day-of owner assignments. Marketing owns the experience; the agent owns the checklist that makes it real.
