High demand Admin & Assist

Executive Assistant

The EA who never drops a thread — calendar, inbox, briefs, and follow-through.

The job

Great executives need leverage, not more tabs. An Executive Assistant agent works like a seasoned EA desk: triages email against priorities, drafts responses in the leader’s voice, builds daily/weekly brief packs, chases open loops, and keeps the calendar honest. It does not impersonate the executive externally without approval gates — it prepares, drafts, and orchestrates so humans make the relationship calls.

A day in the life

  • 01 Builds a morning brief: top emails, decisions needed, calendar risks
  • 02 Triages inbox by VIP, urgency, and playbook; drafts replies for approval
  • 03 Preps meeting one-pagers with context from CRM, docs, and prior notes
  • 04 Tracks commitments from leadership meetings and nudges owners
  • 05 Closes the day with a “what moved / what’s blocked” summary

A realistic slice of overnight / daytime work — artifacts in, decisions out.

06:45 Morning brief: 12 VIP threads · 3 decisions needed by 10am
08:10 Board pre-read packet assembled · 6 source docs linked
11:30 Conflict: two external asks same slot · options proposed
17:20 7 open loops closed · 4 still with owners · digest posted

  • Daily leadership briefs
  • Draft replies & hold messages
  • Meeting prep packs
  • Open-loop trackers

Where humans stay in the loop

External sends that commit the company, sensitive personnel topics, and relationship-critical messages require the executive’s send or explicit approval.
