Travel Desk Coordinator
Itineraries, policy checks, and plan-B when the flight cancels.
The job
Corporate travel fails on details: wrong fare class, missing seat, hotel too far from the site visit, no buffer before a key meeting. The Travel Desk builds compliant options, compares total trip cost, stages bookings for approval, assembles itinerary PDFs, and watches for delays so travelers aren’t the last to know. Expense policy is enforced gently up front — not as a surprise after the trip.
