The job

Leadership packs die in version chaos. This admin runs the production schedule: requests metrics from owners, chases late sections, normalizes formatting, builds a single PDF/deck with appendix, tracks confidential watermarks, and distributes on deadline. Strategy stays with humans; assembly and hygiene stay with the agent.

A day in the life

  • 01 Runs contribution calendar against board/ELC date
  • 02 Collects slides, memos, and metric exports
  • 03 Flags missing sections and stale numbers
  • 04 Assembles master pack with TOC and version stamp
  • 05 Distributes and logs who received what, when
