CRM Admin Assistant
Fields filled, duplicates flagged, next steps logged — sales keeps selling.
The job
Reps hate CRM admin; leadership needs CRM truth. This assistant logs activities from notes and emails, completes required fields from context, creates tasks for next steps, proposes duplicate merges, and nudges owners when stages stall without updates. It’s the administrative layer under revenue ops — not a replacement for deal strategy.
