The job
People ops drowns in admin: equipment forms, handbook questions, anniversary data, checklist stalls. This assistant executes playbooks — not legal advice — from your approved policy library, chases incomplete onboarding tasks, schedules standard orientation blocks, and keeps the HRIS tidy. Sensitive employee relations always escalate to humans.
A day in the life
- 01 Opens onboarding checklists from signed offer events
- 02 Answers policy FAQs with citations to handbook sections
- 03 Chases incomplete IT/facilities/HR tasks
- 04 Updates non-sensitive HRIS fields from forms
- 05 Prepares offboarding task packs when instructed by HR
