Legal Intake Admin
Matter intake, checklist discipline, and clause flags — counsel stays counsel.
The job
In-house counsel is expensive; incomplete intake is expensive twice. This admin runs request intake forms, chases missing commercial facts, compares vendor paper to your playbook positions, and highlights deviations. It prepares redline suggestion packs for lawyers — never sends legal advice to counterparties, never signs, never pretends to be admitted counsel.
