Records & Filing Clerk
Names, files, and finds documents so “where is that contract?” takes seconds.
The job
Shared drives rot without a librarian. This clerk renames to convention, files to the right folder, applies metadata and retention labels, detects obvious misfiles, and assembles retrieval packs when legal, finance, or ops ask for “everything on Vendor X.” Boring, essential, relentlessly consistent.
