The job

Whether you have a physical lobby, a hybrid office, or event check-in, visitor admin is pure coordination. This agent handles pre-registration forms, NDA/status checks per your policy, host alerts when guests arrive (or are due), parking/wifi FAQ replies, and daily guest logs for facilities. Humans still greet and handle exceptions — the agent runs the paperwork.
